The battalion is equipped with active camouflage, which renders them completely invisible when staying still and mostly invisible to the untrained eye while moving.This active camouflage is what enables the battalion to get behind enemy lines and stay incognito. Additionally, Shadow Marksmen are equipped with a Republic Sniper. This powerful sniper takes out droids with a single critical hit, and, when used tactically and efficiently in addition with a Shadow Trooper's active camouflage, becomes a deadly weapon in the hands of a skilled Shadow. [*][b]Why do you want to be Shadow commander?[/b] I want to become Shadow Commander because I have past experience being in command of Shadow Troopers and I want to keep it an elite, highly respected tactical battalion.
